The uber-talented Texas A&M defensive end, asked by ESPN the Magazine why Cleveland should take him first overall, said he’d make the Browns pay if they didn’t.

Garrett was then asked whom he wanted to play for most in the NFL — an obvious reference to him asking Cowboys owner Jerry Jones to trade up for him. Garrett said he wanted to be taken by the No. 1 team: “Hopefully the Browns.”

When pressed further about where he’d like to play in the league, Garrett said he has no allegience to any team. Just take him No. 1 overall.

Garrett, who put up stunning numbers in his Combine performance, may very well get his wish when the draft rolls around on April 27.
