It’s made all the more entertaining by the laughter and in-progress advice from the announcers:
“Get on your horse.”
“Don’t miss the cut-off.”
He did (figuratively) and he did (literally).
Of course, these types of in-game interviews are pretty much limited to exhibition games (we also saw it in last season’s All-Star Game), as players and teams would never want the distraction during a game that mattered. Still, it’s a nice change of pace from the usually uninspiring in-the-dugout interviews we get during the regular season.
