The Marlins catcher is expected to be dealt on Thursday, according to Craig Mish of SiriusXM Radio.

Several teams are known to be in on Realmuto, including the Reds, Braves and Phillies, who have all been mentioned as possible Marlins trade partners. Jon Morosi of Fox Sports mentioned that the Phillies were “gaining momentum” on a deal for Realmuto.
Joel Sherman of the New York Post added that the Phillies could add a big contract in the deal, but also didn’t rule out a major prospect return coming Miami’s way.
Sherman mentions that it looks like the trade could be at the goal line.
Realmuto has led all catchers with a 12.3 WAR since 2016. He hit 21 home runs with an .825 OPS in 2018.
