Gurulyov said moving Russia’s hypersonic weapons within striking distance of U.S. territory would force President Joe Biden to come to the negotiating table with Russia and stop supplying Ukraine with weapons for the conflict. CCTV footage captured a man taking a box from his truck outside the store before putting it on the ground and driving off on February 22. It was later discovered to contain a mutilated cat.
