Cops in Russia who confirmed finding the young woman’s body have arrested a 45-year-old taxi driver for allegedly raping the 20-year-old and pouring concrete over her body after digging a hole in a basement below his garage. The victim, whose real name was Elizaveta, had gone missing two days earlier....
